Organizing a Bus Trip to Road!
Traveling to Road as a group always adds to the fun! We invite guilds, travel agents and other groups to charter a bus and join the fun at Road! Not only will you leave the driving to someone else, but you’ll save money!
Road to California Bus Trip Program
Follow the steps below to ensure you’re ready for Road!
- Complete the form below.
- Our staff will get you the welcome letter by November 1, until then we will retain your completed form in our office.
- Each of your participants on the bus must have a valid cell phone number and/or valid email address. We are an e-ticket event meaning we do not mail tickets - bus attendees must redeen their e-ticket for a wristband with the bus corodinators.
- We highly suggest you purchase your tickets ahead of time.
- If you need additional tickets upon arrival for late additions, use your Ticketbud link and purchase additional tickets.
- Refunds for unused tickets are not available at the show. However, please email us about the unused tickets. We will verify that the ticket was not used at the show via Ticketbud. Your refund check will be processed in 2-3 weeks after the conclusion of the show.
- Please follow the above procedures. Refund requests that are not in compliance with the above rules on refunds may be delayed or not processed.

Ticket Cost
Tickets for bus trips of 30 or more are only $18, a savings of $7 per person. All bus trip tickets are multi-day tickets and must be purchased ahead of time through the link we send you on Ticketbud. The ticket is valid for all our days and includes Preview Night. Please Note: Tickets are only available for those attendees arriving on a bus. You cannot purchase additional tickets to sell to your guild members who are not arriving on the bus.
Ticketbud accepts all major credit cards.
You must register your bus using the form below to qualify for the early bird discounted ticket price. If you do not register your bus using the form below the cost for tickets is $25 per person.
Bus Parking
Street parking around the Ontario Convention Center is extremely limited. Please do not expect to be able to park your bus on the street. Parking passes are available from the Ontario Convetion Center. We do not guarantee available for those busses who do not purchase their parking pass in advanced.
Advertisements
If you want us to advertise your bus trip on our website, please indicate YES to bus trip advertisement on the form. We will list your bus trip on our website under our Bus Trip page.
