Where is the show location?

Road to California is located in Southern California at the Ontario Convention Center 2000 E Convention Center Way Ontario, CA 91764

What are the hours of the show?

The 2025 Show Hours are 9:30 – 5:30 W-F and will be 9:30 – 4:30 on Saturday. 

When is the show?

Road to California 2025 is held, Wednesday through Saturday, January 22- 25 2025. Classes begin on Monday, January 20. Preview Night is Tuesday January 21, 2025.

Where is my class?

To find out the location of your class is you must look at the class code. Your class code is 4 numbers followed by a letter. e.g. 1004C, 2007H, 9500D. Each letter represents a location. If you class ends in a "C" your class will be held in the Ontario Convention Center. If your class code ends in an "H" your class in held at the Holiday Inn Hotel. If your class ends in a "N" your class is held at the OCC North Facility. Finally, if your code ends in a "D" your class is held at the Doubletree Hotel. 

For classes ending with “C” you can see the Room Listed on the class description. 

What is the day of my class?

To determine the day of your class, you must look at the class code. Your class code will be 4 numbers followed by a letter. If your class code begins with a 1, e.g. 1004C, your class in on Monday, the 1st days of classes. If your class code begins with a 2, e.g. 2005R, your class in on Tuesday, the 2nd day of classes. etc...

Where can I get My Student/Contestant Badge?

For Monday and Tuesday Class Attendees you will head straight to class where you will receive your badge and redeemable ticket to pick up your complimentary items starting Tuesday Afternoon at the Pre-Registration Desk or the Road Booth (Show Hours Only).

Starting Tuesday Afternoon at 3:30 pm the Pre-Registration Desk will open for students who have classes on Wed. – Sat. & contestants to pick up their badge to attend preview night. The Pre-Registration Desk then opens each day at 7:30 am and closes when classes end. 

Can I bring a Rolling Cart?

You can bring a rolling cart to wheel your class supplies to and from your vehicle and classroom. We do not allow rolling carts on the show room floor.

Can I bring a stroller?

We strongly advise not bringing strollers to Road to California however - strollers are permitted on all show days. Please be aware that Road to California is an extremely busy show floor with shoulder to shoulder attendees through most of the aisles. As such we strongly advise you against using a stroller at Road. However, if you choose to use a stroller Road to California, Inc., the Ontario Convention Center, SMG and the City of Ontario are not liable for any injuries, damages and other accidents that may occur.

Can I use a Mobility Scooter/Wheelchair/ Walker etc.?

Yes! If you have your own mobility device, please do use it if needed while at the show. You can also rent a Mobility Scooter or wheelchair here: http://www.onestopmobility.com/road-to-california-quilt-show

Please take caution and do not speed while using Mobility Scooters as you can accidentally hurt someone when using these recklessly. Please follow all guidelines given by the rental company.

How do I get tickets? How much are they?

I have a ticket from the 2024 Show. Can I use it for 2025?

Unfortunately, the tickets for the 2024 show are not transferrable to the 2025 show. Each attendee will need a valid class registration for 2025 or a wristband with 2025 colors.
