Description: Anyone intimidated by fabric selection? We will discuss the basics of color theory and how those concepts lead to better quilts! Imagery of all types of quilts will be shown as samples of applied color theory. You will learn tips to better identify color, value and purity. These skills will lead to a better understanding of mixing fabric. This lecture will encourage attendees to explore different color combinations and expand beyond their frequently chosen ones. You will leave armed with many tools for building your colors for a quilt. Perfect for all skill levels.
