Description: In this Full-Day workshop students will sew strips of selvages together by machine to form a block. Hand embroidery stitches will be taught and used to embellish the block. Additional embellishment options that will be covered include: beading, lace/ric rack, flat back crystals, and buttons. Students are encouraged to bring embellishment options to personalize their project as well as any embroidery thread they may wish to use. We will also learn beaded cording technique. Embroidery thread and some embellishment options will be available for use in class.

Kit Contents: • 1 spool of Sew Sassy thread in assorted colors • Embroidery thread, beads, buttons, ric rack/lace, other embellishment for use IN CLASS Prepped fabric & beads to learn beaded cording
