3068C - Borders, Bindings & More

Description: Tired of quilts that have more waves then Miss America? Want to learn to miter single or multiple borders without worry? Maybe you just want to spice up your same old borders and binding with something new like scallops, flanges, or prairie points. Then this is the class for you. This class will cover basic and advanced binding techniques using simple methods to guarantee mitered corners and seams. We will also discuss different sashing strip techniques, various edge finishes and other ways to spice up your borders. Demonstration and samples will be provided.

Kit Contents: : Extensive Handout, 2 small "practice" quilts for binding
