Description: Join us as we create the adorable Teeny Tiny Featherweight by Laura Heine using her fun and approachable collage quilting technique.

You'll learn how to select fabric, create texture and depth with color, and build your own design one fabric shape at a time. No artistic experience is needed - if you can use scissors and an iron, your can ceate a beautiful collage quilt!

This smaller project is ideal for beginners because it allows you to learn the basics without feeling overwhelmed. By the end of class, you'll have the skills and confidence to tackle larger collage projects!

In this class you will learn:
* The basics of Laura Heine's collage technique
* How to choose fabrics for color, texture, and contrast
* Tips for fussy cutting and fabric placement
* How to use fusible products for successful collage quilting
* Finishing techniques to complete your project

Whether you're a longtime quilter or brand new to quilting, you'll discover how fun and creative collage quilting can be.
