Your Safety at Road to California

We take the safety of our customers, vendors and staff seriously. While COVID-19 is still a threat and each individual must determine their own risk by attending a large gathering, such as Road to California, we will take every possible precaution to protect you.

We will be following the current State of California guidelines for Mega Indoor Events. These guidelines change quite frequently so we recommend you checking the State of California's website here.

The City of Ontario is located in the County of San Bernardino. We will follow any recommendation from the County as well.

Here's the current page for the Ontario Convention Center COVID Information.

As of November 3, 2021 These are the COVID Requirements for Road to California:

Attendees Must Provide Proof That:

(1) COVID Vaccination Card
OR
(2) Negative COVID test within 72 Hours of the Event.

Convention Center Staff will be checking Identitifation with your COVID test or Vaccination Cards.

Acceptable proof of vaccination includes: CDC Vaccination Card, Digital Photo of CDC Vacciantion Card, or Doctors Print Out of Vaccination Status. Accpetable Negative COVID test results must include guests full legal name and printed date of test results. At home COVID tests or self attestation is not approved per the State of California mega event requirements. If you attending Road to California and the International Sewing Arts Festival for longer than 72 hours, you will not be required to retest. OCC will honor your first test results within the window of both events during the duration of both events.

OCC will also have rapid testing available for your conveience for a fee.

Face Masks are also required in all classrooms, exhibit halls, and the convention center unless you are actively eating or drinking.

Classrooms are spaced out as they have been in previous Road to California events. We do not over sell our classrooms and place two attendees per eight foot table. Lecture rooms are at standard capacity.

Attendees and vendors who fail to follow these guidelines will be issued a warning first. After the warning, if the attendee/vendor fails to follow the guidelines, OCC Security will escort the offending individual from the property and no refunds will be provided.
